Clicking the fix button restore the protection, but WHY avast service stop working? 
Most probably the service crashed. Do you have any *.mdmp files in the log folder?
“Tech log.7z” was uploaded to the ftp site. Can you check?
Hi Tech, I can see several Outlook craches and one avast! service crash! We have to look at it more closely, what’s really happening there. Thanks.
