Why is Grimefigher not in Windows 8?

Hi, I have the avast! free AV. I am wondering why there is no GrimeFigher in it. You can customize it in the settings though.

Only the module is included, if you want the full feature then you have to pay for the product but please check first for compatibility with your system before installing otherwise there can be dire consequences.

Oh, will it ever work in Windows 8? Do you have a release date?

I guess there will be a version for Windows 8 sooner or later.
But I am not working for avast so don’t know for sure.
It can even be they skip Windows 8 support and go for Windows 9.
Keep reading the blogs on avast’s website and this webboard.
If there is a change you will read it there or here.

I don’t know but what I do know is that it is very very difficult if not impossible to get a REFUND. I’ve been trying for 5 days and all is get is an auto answer with another ticket number-if anyone knows how to get past these robotic answers id be grateful. Meanwhile I cannot recommend Avast!

There is no need at all to submit multiple tickets. You just have to be a little patience. Refund can take up to 10 business days as have been told many times on this webboard. Also GrimeFighter and the av are two separate products.
