The network that Avast is checking is not mine. I’m trying to tell them that and it is impossible to contact them. I don’t want to scroll through the community threads to resolve this issue. I want a live tech support person. I’m paying a lot for this service and I should be able to contact support when I need to. The support page is frozen and keeps cycling me back. I took screen shots of all of it. So frustrated. Bitdefender is on my husbands computer and it’s so much better. I want to remain loyal to Avast but you’re making it super hard.
