I have no idea! I got this link on e-mail from a friend of mine…and he told me it even deleted avast program files…
The question is why some anti-virus companies recognizes it - and some don’t…
I’m getting a little suspicious when some not very well known companise deals with the problem, and the big ones don’t…

“If” you download such files, shouldn’t avast tell you about infected files - regardless of what it’s used for?
the file is probably malicious and we want to add the detection, but we have a limitation for updating VPS due to the problem at provider’s side (explosion and fire in hosting center)… it was mentioned somewhere in the forums and you can read about it at slashdot e.g.
