Why my website is being recurrently blacklisted on Avast?

Hello,

I am facing a very serious problem with the Avast internet module, this is blocking access to my platform for the following reason:
We aborted the connection in “app.iporto.com.br” safely, as it was infected with URL: Blacklist. The same problem happens with the URL “backoffice.iporto.com.br”, but not with “iporto.com.br”.

Our platform is SSL certified and we work to always keep all our customers’ sensitive data safe. We have not found the reason why we are being listed on this Avast Websites Blacklist, could we have an analysis of the reasons so that we can then adjust the necessary points?
