Simply posting in the Samples missed by avast topic without sending avast a sample it pretty pointless as they can’t analyse the VT results.
Personally this is why I feel that topic is a waste of time as most people don’t bother going back to it to update their posts as and when avast does include it.
So have you sent the sample directly to avast ?

I would send it again, don’t know how you sent it, password protected zip file emailed to virus [at] avast [dot] com, with link to this topic or by adding it to the chest manually and sending it to the virus labs from there.

Also what is the scope of topic : Samples missed by avast (VirusTotal links only!) ?
If I’m not wrong VirusTotal could send to Avast the sample of file scanned,also a fact ignored.
