I am using avast Internet Security with Windows 7 Home Premium. Now I want to install fresh my computer with Windows 8 Pro. I will format all partitions and then install Windows 8 Pro.
Then will I lose my licence? If yes, is there any way, I inform avast, that I reinstall my computer?

No, your license is good for any number of installs, so long as you don’t exceed the number of PCs that your license is for. So no problem transferring the license file to the new computer and install avast Internet Security on that.
Just ensure that you uninstall it from the old system prior to disposal, etc. (if you are formatting the system prior to installing win8, then that is fine).
