Hello,
Yesterday I scanned my computer in c:.
A virus has been found in exactly : c:\system volume information_restore{845A621C-47AF-4FF1-980D-74451E21E351}\RP358.
I have quarantined the so called virus thanks to Avast. But then what must I do ?
Can I destroy it or must I restore it ?
Please tell me what to do exactly.

Disable system restore, reboot, scan and if clean enable system restore again.
Start > Control Panel > System > System restore > Disable
Click Apply
Enable it again
Click Ok
Run a full avast scanning with archive option enabled 
Win32:kuang2 is commonly found in the virus definitions of Panda’s Online Scanner.
Please refer to http://www.avast.com/eng/faq_panda.html
If you don’t intend on using Panda’s online scan anymore, then you may delete it.
Ok thanks to you all. I’ll try the first solution.
Concerning Panda, it was not due to it because I’ve never used it.
