Download attached fixlist.txt and save it to your USB flashdrive as fixlist.txt
Boot into Recovery Environment
Start FRST in a similar manner to when you ran a scan earlier, but this time when it opens …
[*] Press the Fix button once and wait.
[*] FRST will process fixlist.txt
[*] When finished, it will produce a log fixlog.txt on your USB flashdrive.
Exit out of Recovery Environment and post me the log please.
Try to boot Windows normally…
now windows hangs at classpnp.sys
i attached fixlog.txt and a new FRST.txt
I need you to do enter Command Prompt inside recovery options and to type this option
sfc /SCANNOW /OFFBOOTDIR=C:\ /OFFWINDIR=C:\Windows
When it is finished, try to boot normally…
Done.
“Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations”
but still doesn’t boot
even chkdsk /F /R
doesn’t help!
Maybe i’m doing a clean reinstall.
If it is easier for you then do reinstall…
Do you have another idea?
Otherwise, many thanks for your help
I have more ideas, you sound like you gave up…
Ok, lets try to fix this
What are your ideas?
Boot back into the recovery Environment and run FRST like you did before
Type the following in the edit box after “Search:”
classpnp.sys
Click Search File(s) button and post the log (Search.txt) it makes to your reply.
attached the Search.txt 8)
That file looks ok, this is very weird…
Let’s scan hard disk, maybe this is hardware problem.
Download MHDD utility from here:
MHDD download link
Unpack and burn as ISO …
Add and boot MHDD from disk ( in the same way as Live CD )
[*] When you load the file select option 1
[*] When the menu appears, select the disk that you’ll scan
Type in:
scan
…and hit enter
[*]In the next menu, click F4
[*]It will begin HDD scanning, allow him to finish scan.
If there is more than 3 inputs in the district UNC X then your hard disk is damaged.
disk is ok
What is exactly happening when you try to boot? Can you take a picture?
its just hanging at this screen and then nothing happens…
