I neither speak nor read Italian so the help I can offer is limited.

Please open Add or Remove Programs in the Control Panel and see if you find Relevant Knowledge. If it’s there don’t remove it yet - just let us know.

Then download Hijackthis [u][i]here. Open the program and save a log, then post the contents of the log here. Don’t fix anything with Hijackthis - just post the log.

Also let us know your operating system.
