Like many others in the last few days, I have encountered severe trojan issues. I have tried various means to disinfect, including a boot scan. Sadly nothing has cleared the infection.
I am attaching the various logs.
Thanks for any help.

thanks.
I may have run into a problem. When I ran the fix using the additional commands, I got a message saying something like cmd.bat could not be created. The fix started and reported it was moving a file. This remained on screen for some time without any further activity - the last commands where not completed. I finally rebooted.
Should I continue as advised above OR should I run the fix again?
Continue please
I have run Combofix - again with problems:
I renamed it to malwarecombofix.exe
First: I simply disabled avast shields until reboot. It reported that avast was still running.
Second: I ignored this and continued - it then stated that the program couldn’t be renamed.
I have redownloaded as combofix.exe.
I have disabled avast completey.
Should I run combofix again?
Yes please but reboot first and delete all bar the latest combofix from your desktop
I think your methods have solved the problem! No more avast warnings!
Thanks so much.
Here’s the Combofix log:
OK if all is well tomorrow let me know and I will tidy up and remove my tools
Okay.
How do you remove the tools?
I have a routine that will remove them cleanly and safely ;D
Just checking in … removal seems effective. Time to clear up?
Essexboy will guide you with the proper way to clean up his malware removal tools. Do not attempt to do this on your own or you risk harm to your machine.
Is your machine working properly now with no issues?
Yes
Then just wait for Essexboy to instruct you for the next step.
Subject to no further problems
I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
