win32:domaIQ and java.exe

Hi!
I’ve just ran a boot scan on our gateway laptop running window7 and Avast reported a WIN32:DomaIQ Pup, and a java.exe and a lot of zip files corrupted.
What do I have to do to get my laptop in order. I’ve been having problems with Firefox lately with a Java pluggin. And the browser would just freeze for a minute and come active for a while and freeze again and so on… I need help.

what actions did you take on the other?

PUP = not virus / Possible Unwanted Program…
