Win32: Dropper-EPI and Malware Gen in Explorer.exe and Winlogon

I’ve started getting warnings that avast is blocking a threat from starting.I did a full scan and C:\Windows\explorer.exe - Win32: Dropper-EPI ,C:\Windows\System32\Winlogon.exe - Malware -Gen was discovered. I need help please.I also wanted to ask is it ok if non infected laptop or ps3 is connected to my network wireless while the infected computer is unhooked. Also would something like a usb stick or my ipod be infected now?

Happy New Years to everybody.

I’ve got same infection I think. Mine has a fake Virus Scan program installed that is messing everything up. You can look through the thread I have in this forum, but more than likely you should start by reading and following the sticky and creating your OTL.exe log so that essexboy can get to work if he is needed.

Where do I get OTL from? and then should I just burn it to a disk?

Follow this guide form our expert malware remover Essexboy and post the log`s here ( do not post in the guide )
http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

To avoid using multiple post with copy and paste you have to attach the log`s
Lower left corner: Additional Options > Attach ( OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. and Malwarebytes scan log)

Essexboy usually arrives in the forum late UK time
