um, I keep scanning my computer and thsi trojan keeps popping up. I keep telling it to delete it but it alerts me about it like every few hours. How do I get rid of this? (can you tell me in like stupid language, since im not all that great with comps) thx people

I have Windows XP and I believe it was foudn in the folder, C:\System Volume Information, its a hidden folder, so i gather thats bad?

just disable RESTORE, reboot, and reenable it…:

In windows ME when you disable system restore are the files deleted like in XP?

the entries are deleted after reboot
after cleaning the pc, make a windowsupdate (early versions of SysRestore in ME contained a bug) and reenable SysRestore…
