I NEED HELP PLEASE. I’ve searched for so many solutions and already tried a lot of softwares to remove it. Some deleted them and some quarantined them. But it keeps coming back. It keeps making a folder on my Appdata>Local>Temp. Pleaseeeee help. How do I remove this? I’ve tried Malwarebytes, Sophos, and Hitman. NON WORKED…

PLEASE HELP I’m panicking i have no idea what to do and the forums Ive seen kept saying this can harm the whole computer’s performance and files. I just got this computerrr :((

Also, whenever I scan with Avast, I can’t repair nor move them to chest. I can only delete them. But again, it keeps coming back.
When I repair it, it says “Error: The files was not repaired…”
When I move it to chest it says “Error: There is not enough space…”

Win32 Evo/Malware-gen [susp] = suspicious … so not confirmed malware, as the txt at top of the popup say

And located in a temp folder, so just clear your temp folders…

You can use this http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/187-tfc-temp-file-cleaner-by-oldtimer/

Suspicious file(s) can be uploaded and tested here www.virustotal.com / www.metascan-online.com

I edited it though! Another one just popped out and this time it’s really a malware as usual.

Clear your temp folders with TFC cleaner and see if it goes…

If still a problem, see instructions here https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0
Scroll down to Farbar Recovery Scan Tool … run as instructed and attach the two diagnostic logs

Cleared my temp folder. 5 minutes later, avast still detects the same thing in the same place with again, new folders (usually install_number)
Here’s the logs

One suggestion: Please update your version of Avast, youre running version 5 or 6 if im not mistaken.
Will give you much better protection.

Done! Thank you so much! I hope this will fix it

does this mean im safe or do i need to do something about it. also the url there, i never went to such a site ever huhu

Since you never went to such a site youre most likely infected with something thats trying to download malware.

Again follow these steps, when done a malware removal expert will help you: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

Please attach the logs to your next reply.
