I don’t think 60 views or so is going to put too much of a strain on their bandwidth.
You could save it as a jpg, with 80% quality/compression it brings it down to 31KB from the 84KB .png version with little apparent degradation. It could be useful for the future, just in case the image and url are changed/removed.
Some sites frown on linking to their images. They may even frown on borrowing them ;D but this is possibly more acceptable than linking to them.

What message did you receive when avast! said it had found but couldn’t remove the Trojan? What was the file location?

It may just be a case of deleting the file. I don’t have any experience with Shareaza. Can you delete it?

After deleting it, you should visit the Microsoft update site.
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
Download and install all critical updates.
If you have to reboot, return to the site afterwards and check for more updates.
Repeat until there are no more critical updates.
oh yes! i have deleted shareaza and the trojan isn’t localised by avast now!!!

MS have improved security a lot, and if you’re using IE 5, you’ll be exposed to a lot of security threats.
