So, i was watchin shows online and BAM!! avast pops up and says threat detected! so anyways all of a sudden my computer shuts right off and when it comes back to life(barely) it has a green screen and a big ol message that reads: SYSTEM INFECTED. so i checked out my avast logs and it says the avast virus chest was offline and couldnt move the files to it so instead they deleted them. Im still able to run internet, msn etc but its quite slow and i keep gettin pop ups from the bastards saying to install virus software. HOW DO I REMOVE THIS?! HELP PLEASE! my job is all online work and if i dont fix it asap im screwed. thanks so much!
also, im running OTS and need someone who knows what their doin to help me once that is done scanning. also, im a real noob so when u reply please have step by step so i know what im doing haha

Download and run Hitman Pro from http://www.surfright.nl/en/downloads/, after run it click on next and let it scan and removed detected malwares (during removal it would ask for license and you can active 30 days trial)
restart your computer.
download and install malwarebytes antimalware from http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
after install update it and do a scan and remove everything it finds.
restart your computer and if possible post here a HiJackThis log.
