I have used the Virus Cleaner, and it states that it cant find it. Is this a false pos?

According to the path, it’s located in your mailbox. So, you may not be really infected, but just have an infected email stored in the outlook mailbox (maybe it’s even deleted already).
The Virus Cleaner wasn’t yet updated to include the C-unp variant (although if it’s active in memory, it would detect it) - but it doesn’t support archive unpacking, so it certainly wouldn’t find the message in your mailbox.
If the outlook.pst is the only file avast! detects the worm in, then you don’t have to worry (unless you start the infected attachment, of course).
