Win32:Ransom-AIH [Trj] is a False Positive?

Hi Guys,

I find it hard to remove this Win32:Ransom AIH [Trj] in my Dropbox cache.

Is this a real Trojan Virus or a False Positive?

It always bug me saying “Threat was detected”
