Win32:Trojan-gen and Win32:Sisie

Hi everybody,
my PC (Windows98) seems quite infected! Can you help me?!?

Here are the files…

C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM sp.dat (Win32:Trojan-gen )
C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM sysp.dat (Win32:Sisie-C)
C:WINDOWS\SYSTEM systemp.dat (Win32:Trojan-gen )
C:\Program files\Alwil Software\Avast4\DATA\moved systemp.dll.vir (WIN32:Sisie-D)

What have I to do?!?!?!?!?!?

Try submitting the files @ http://virusscan.jotti.dhs.org/ and see what other anti-virus vendors have for it,and mabey move all of them to the virus chest and wait for a person who knows what hes doing to tell u what to do (im not that good with virus’s @ all)
