win32:trojan-gen{upx},win32:trojan-gen{vc} and VBS:Redlof, The avast can find it ,but can’t fix it ,I have to delete the files.
Are these viruseses a reasons to cause the problem :xerces panic error:could not load transcoding services?

Where did Avast find these Trojans(filename and folder)?
It’s the name of the virus. The virus hide in the *.exe files or *.rar files.

I’m sorry , Before i read your reply,i had unwise the old avast inder to install the newer version,so ,i have no the log about the virus. But i have the virus in my mailbox ,if you need ,i can sent it to you! : )

You could write VLK a personal Netmail. He maybe didn´t find your posting.
