hi,
how can i get rid of this:
WIN32:trojan_gen. {UPX}
IsearchTech.PowerScan
IST in registry always reappears
wwX.ysbweb.com/list/softwares/listupdates/istsvc_updater_recover.exe

avast only offers to Abort connection - pops up every 10 seconds

Does anybody know a removal tool? can avast not clean it out?

I have the same problem. Whenever I connect and before even I open the any internet page I get the message that the file:

http://www.ysbweb.com/ist/softwares/istupdates/istsvc_updater_recover.exe

is infected by Win32:Trojan-gen. {UPX!}

The only option that Avast gives me is to close the connection. And if I close the Avast window then the message pop up again within 2 seconds.
What can I do about it?

Stop visiting malicious websites.

Well, avast! obviously blocks the malware from connecting to web (or rather from downloading updated components?)
It seems that some malware is already running on your computer, however - does a scan of your local disks reveal anything?

Yes, I did scan the disk and it didn’t find anything.
If you have any suggestion please help me.
