I keep getting this… Its not from official site the official site download link is broken… But note there are reports saying that this will even do this on official site.

WpePro/Winsoft Packet Editor Pro is a hacking/sniffer tool. This is why its’ flagging the file as a Potentally Unwanted Program (PUP).

I understand that part. But i think it may still be a Genuine because this is not from the actual official site. A user from that site uploaded it there…

I don’t understand the question… even if it is genuine, it’s still a potentially unwanted program (for many users) - therefore it’s reported as such.
