Windows 7 infected with svchost.exe

I have been getting blocked URL’s from avast for about a month now. It has been on and off and have tried to remove the virus but it keeps coming back. MBAM does not detect it and Avast reports nothing either. I have attached all logs required. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
