aswmbr seems like it keeps getting caught up a lot longer than it should on certain files, ill post as soon as its done, but that things just taking its sweet time i guess. if you can come up with anything in the mean time without the log thatd be lovely. if not, well hey ill have it up asap.

Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode onto your desktop.
[*]Close all open programs and internet browsers.
[*]Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
[*]Click on Scan.
[*]After the scan is complete click on “Clean”
[*]Confirm each time with Ok.
[*]Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
[*]Please post the content of that logfile with your next answer.

doing it all now, ill give it a good 12 hours before i say for sure i think its done on this post though, since the issues pop up intermittently
Heres the next log you guys requested, nothing popped up on startup but again Im giving it some time before i say for sure everythings clear, but it seems like it might be so far typically he gets one or two avast pop ups within the first 10 minutes of start up.

Download and run Delfix

I would recommend that you completely uninstall Java unless you need it to run an important software.
In that instance I would recommend that you disable Java in your browsers until you need it for that software and then enable it. (See How to diasble Java in your web browser and How to unplug Java from the browser)
If you do need to keep Java then download JavaRa
Run the programme and select Remove Java Runtime. Uninstall all versions of Java present
Once done then run it again and select Update Java runtime > Download and install Latest version
