Windows 7 x64 won't boot, no safe mode

Firstly sorry for my poor English. Secondly i guess i’ll need Essexboy on this one.
Recently installed Windows 7 x64 on my SSD. Everything worked fine until i Shut Down PC (not for the first time), but maybe after Windows Defender update, Kernel update (possibly but not sure for either).
On start up the standard black screen with cursor, no safe mode (stops after asw…sys)
Tried unplugging other drives, nothing happened
Tried running chkdsk, couldn’t finish
Tried BOOTREC/RebuildBCO, FixBoot, FixMRB, found 0 Windows
Goes without saying windows repair, did nothing
I’ve attached the FRST.txt file and hope I can avoid formatting my hard drive.
Thanks for your time, hopping for a quick reply, as my work data are in that PC

Essexboy is notified … it may take some hours before he is online.

Thank you for your quick reply, i should probably not try to fix using a fixlist from another post right?

No each fix is specific… In your case the first thing to do is run chkdsk /r from the recovery console as it looks like the MFT is broken

“The type of the file system is NTFS.
Cannot lock current drive.
Windows cannot run disk checking on this volume because it is write protected”

Previously had run chkdsk c:/f
At stage 2 stopped around 50-55% with unspecified error (696e647863686b2e dee)

Looks like a major error as FRST is unable to read the hives, this usually means a hard shutdown corrupted the boot system

If chkdsk cannot cure it then there is little that can be done apart from a fresh install

Is there anything else to try or should I look for portable OS to save some data?

You could create a Reatogo disc and use that to recover the data

Thank you for your time, I’ll be back in this post if I have any further problems. Still curious how something like this could happen just by turning off the PC. Not sure what to blame.

You can use Google Translate for the link and pages to better understand their issues within.

Sometimes an usb flash drive gets wonky and will not allow data writes to it, and SSD’s are sometimes known to fail this way soon after installation , so if a re-install does not work because of that, it’s probably best to, so as to save time (and money), to go and get the best SSD drive you can find to replace it.

OR: A hybrid drive uses the standard form factor but uses a large solid state memory platform to speed things up, and also includes the old traditional disc platter system; these tend to be more reliable, but are faster than the platter-only systems, and are more durable and reliable over time than some SSD’s appear to be.
