Hi guys! It’s just me again.
I don’t get access to Windows start-up programs after check-off Windows Defender to get access at start-up.
(I got Avast Free aboard).
Windows Vista runs on this laptop.
Please advice, thanks in advance.

You can access startups by typing msconfig in the run bar or install CCLeaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/builds which has more options to modify the startups, use the slim build as it doesn’t include the Google toolbar.

Typing msconfig in the run bar > defender asking to get access.
I too have ccleaner slim aboard.
I enabled defender, and got access to start-up programs.
But I will try your suggestion anyway.
