Windows DVD Maker Shuts off after I click the next icon.
An analysis of your HJT log shows the following problems :
O2 - BHO: Ask Toolbar BHO - {D4027C7F-154A-4066-A1AD-4243D8127440} - C:\Program Files\Ask.com\GenericAskToolbar.dll
This must be fixed!
O3 - Toolbar: Ask Toolbar - {D4027C7F-154A-4066-A1AD-4243D8127440} - C:\Program Files\Ask.com\GenericAskToolbar.dll
This must be fixed!
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: c:\program files\trafficcompressor\tcomplsp.dll
There are 3 of this 010 entry that are exactly the same. They must be fixed!
Your best bet to repair it is to try the LSPFix from Cexx.org.

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip..{6F943519-7881-438D-8857-621C25992B48}: NameServer = 156.154.70.22,156.154.71.22
Do you know the IP or Domain ‘156.154.70.22,156.154.71.22’? If not, fix this entry. (this may be your ISP)

Run HJT again. In the results, place a check in the box by the 02 & 03 entries. Click on “Fix checked” button.
Use the tool mentioned under the 010 entry.
For the 017 entries, you need to find out if this is your ISP.
If it is, these 2 entries are OK.
If this is not your ISP, they will also need to fixed with HJT.
I think that you will find that they are your ISP or you are using Comodo Secure DNS.
http://www.comodo.com/secure-dns/switch/windows_vista.html
If that is true, the 017 entries are ok.
017 IP addresses are coming from mp3 rocket either the program or the unwanted toolbar that came with the application!
The unkown files are from a program called traffic compressor of which I use to make my dial up go faster!
Hope this helps answer further problems!
