Windows Genuine Advantage Virus / Trojan.FakeMS.ED ?!

I’ve followed all the steps needed. This virus/trojan has been doing my head in with constant popups from my anti-virus telling me that its either blocking a link or detecting a Windows Genuine Advantage Virus.

Anyway I hope you guys can help me out with this. Also I’m curious to know what do you guys get out of this?

I do not understand your point. In addition, you are using Kaspersky Internet Security. This is a support forum for avast! product. Are you using pirated Adobe products?

Make sure that you still have FRST.exe on your Desktop. If you do not have it, download the suitable version from here to your Desktop.
[*]Open Notepad.exe. Do not use any other text editor software;
