C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\a28579d2b1bd6be7e9ee1220e8726863* を除外に追加

Windows Defenderの定義ファイルに反応してしまっているようですね。
Microsoft製のアプリですので、早晩修正される(あるいは定義ファイルの更新により出なくなる)ものと思いますが、とりあえずの対処としてはそれで良いかと思います。

NOT both.
