WinLive.dll

The file WinLive.dll is in my virus chest. I know nothing about this file. Is it OK to delete it?
I would appreciate any help.

So it is depending on the location of that dll,

Not necessary to delete it at the moment, as Avast! has it in a safe area where it can do no harm to you system. Quarantining is always the safest option is where if the file is later determined to be clean, then file can be restored to original location. Deletion is final, and no option.
