I want to cancel my Avast Cleanup. Avast is telling me they can’t do it.

I have same problem , everyone is having the same problem and no one is helping if not helping ı cancel my credit card >:(
I had exactly the same problem. Tried multiple ways to cancel auto renewal. All didn’t work. Contacted customer service and received an email that tells me the auto renewal has been canceled. Still looks like it is enabled on account page. I’m canceling my cc and leaving as one unhappy customer. Doesn’t look good Avast.
