I bought into the Avast kingdom and I lost my computer the other day! Just because you have this product on your computer does not insulate you from the cretins of the Internet that seek to ruin your work and your computer. Actually Avast missed the deadly snake that took over my computer but AVG, god only knows where I got that, I think it comes bundled with Avast, anyway AVG shut me down and my whole computer and message said I was infected. Do not waste your money and get some kind of reputable back up virus protection. Avast missed it completely! 
So you have avast and AVG running, or do you mean AVG is malware…??
No security program have 100% detection, if they did the virus problem on the net would be gone
