I sent an email un beknownst to me…
attachment wicked_scr.scr contains this WORM_SOBIG.F
Avast did not find it. What is this and how do I get rid of it? Avast DID find a WIN32:Klez-H worm and deleted it. Could this be the problem?

P.S.: That someone got an infected email with your sender-address doesn’t mean that you are infected:
