I have a worm named “DeviceGuideInfo” in my pen drive.

I tried formatting pen drive both ways.Quick format and another one

How to remove that?

1 more problem: when I select show hidden filed and system OS files in folder options
It agains move back to default options.
How to remove this 1?

how do you know it is a worm, what detected it ?

  1. What tools (scans) did you use to detect this infection?

  2. What is your OS, 32 or 64-bit?

  3. Are you using Avast? If so, what product (Free, Pro, AIS), and what version (5.0.677 is the latest version)?
