WORST customer service EVER

SINCE SIGNING UP - I’VE BEEN BOMBARDED WITH SCREEN ACTIVITY THAT ASKS ME TO ‘BUY THIS PRODUCT’ WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN INCLUDED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

NOW I’M BEING TOLD THAT I CANNOT GET A REFUND – I DON’T WANT YOUR CHEAP CRAP - I JUST WANT MY LAPTOP BACK AND SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS ENGLISH THAT UNDERSTANDS FRAUD AND BAIT AND SWITCH >:(
