Last I checked all that was available was this bookmarklet.
http://www.mywot.com/en/blog/wot-bookmarklet-for-safari-and-opera
i can’t get get what does it says :S
Don’t worry, you are not missing much. As unreliable as WOT is already, this shoddy thing gives no site advice pre-visit, only once you are already on the site does it give review, and I do not think the blacklist works either.
I say give this a pass. But if you really want it, the link shown in attachment is the one you want, but from the original article. Drag and drop it into your bookmarks.
done i rly dont like it,it’s very usefull, anyway thank you
While the bookmarklet works it should be noted that the newer releases of Opera utilize AVG LinkScanner and have built-in phishing protection even before utilizing AVG. Also I can’t say how well it works or with what versions of Opera but you can if desired add a widget. http://widgets.opera.com/widget/14871/
These don’t mean the little colored indicator will be displayed or that you’ll have an alert when you access some sites like WOT but it is something at least.
Put this file in your User-Javascript folder:
http://files.myopera.com/PH`/UserJs/wot.js
(In Opera: Preferences (Alt+P) > Advanced > Content > JavaScript Options > User JavaScript folder )
More info here:

folder?i can’t download it,it justs shows a huge list of commands
Yes, you need to create a directory to be your designated folder for custom JavaScripts, and then set it as such in Opera ( Preferences (Alt+P) > Advanced > Content > JavaScript Options > User JavaScript folder )

Right-click the link to wot.js and select “Saved linked content as…” and then save it in the directory discussed above.
Hi Left123,
Why WOT, they even had a wrong reputation for bob3160’s website. It is as reliable as all the nonsense it is fed from users. Better use Finjan in the browser, but I do not know how to implement that in Opera,
polonus
what kind of folder i need to create?i right clicked on wot.js but i dont see saved linked content as…

If that doesn’t work, you either did it wrong or are using an old version of Opera, in which case you’ll need to update, or I can’t help you any further. (And, obviously, if you’re using a different language in Windows/Opera, you’ll have to kinda figure that aspect out yourself, I don’t know Greek or any other language besides English )
WOT is basically useless since anyone can give ratings.
Anyone includes malware writers and hosts of such malware.

I do not assume that a site is trustworthy simply because WOT says it is. But I don’t assume any site is trustworthy simply because any software or service says it is–including Avast. At least if the WOT search engine integration says a site in my search results is not trustworthy, that can tip me off without even having to think about it, and I can investigate a bit further from there if I decide to. And that, to me, is reason enough to install it. I think “useless” is putting it a bit harshly.
Harshly but truthful.
WOT users are mostly normal, friendly people, like users here but sometimes also spammers. But those get tracked down soon.
Harshly but truthful.
Meh, not really.
