I ordered avast! Internet Security 5.0 and entered my PayPal password to pay for it.

For the past forty-five minutes, the avast! Official Online Store says it’s processing my order and asks me to stand by.

I wonder if anyone has had this experience or could comment on how I can get things back on track.

Should I obtain a ticket? I just tried to submit a ticket and received a message that I do not have permission to submit a ticket.

Spell Checker suggests the above word “fort-five” should be fortifier.
