my avast is showing malware detected when i open a site.i scanned that site with virustotal and https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/mp4moviez.co

why avast showing wrong detection when i open site. they are not virus site.they are 100% safe and i trust them.

If avast say URL:Mal then it is not malware detected

URL:Mal = URL or IP Blacklisted.
There are many reasons for blacklisting, site does not have to be infected

i still want to open that site.how can i open that site even avast is blocking it?

We are not here to help you visit blocked sites with the chance to get your system infected.
avast has been notified and will take a look at the detection shortly.

I suspect a IP block because the huge amount of malicious detections.

If I remember correctly, mp4moviez has been mentioned before on this webboard.
If the detection wasn’t removed, there is a very good reason for it and I very much doubt avast will remove it now.

You are completely right, Eddy. The IP, while not blocked completely (IP block) does have over 50 % of blocked domains, and I suspect it will be blocked completely in the near future.
There are at least 500 unique domains with keywords like “movie”, “hd”, “watch”, and others. This domain rotation is mostly done in order to prevent AVs to block them, and is a shady practice and an indicator of a potentially malicious or illegal activities.
I strongly suggest not to visit such domains. We will keep it blocked.
