I was helping my friend subscribe to the antivirus, but we provided the wrong email address, so now he can´t activate his account.
How can we fix that issue?

If you have paid licenses (subscriptions), contact Avast customer support and ask them to change e-mail address.
If you’re talking about free one, then just re-create Avast account with correct e-mail.
It’s not possible because when I try to contact the Support Center, they ask for the Invoice ID, which was sent to the wrong email.
So, I’m stuck at a dead end.
Invoice ID you mean order ID? Then, try 0000 or so that you can send requests.
Instead, add your other information into support ticket (name, time of purchase or so) that they can find your account by it.
