Wrong malware detection / ignored by Avast

My domain is marked as malware URL since over a week. I contacted Avast several times but they seem to ignore it when you use the automatic false message.

I even sent the Scan report from virustotal.com which should really prove that the site does not have any malware on it:

Overal, it’s extremely bad for the reputation of my site when Avast tells every user since over a week that it contains malware. So is there any way to contact Avast in a way that they finally have a look into it?

You can report a possible FP here: https://www.avast.com/contact-us.php?subject=VIRUS-FILE

No it doesn't prove the does not have malware on it. VT is not scanning websites.

Thank you for your replies. Well, the link to quattera.com helped me a lot. My domain contains a lot of links to other hockey arenas sites and one of those is on the black list - that’s why my domain was no listed as well (Detected reference to blacklisted domain). I’ll remove the link.

Concerning blacklisted IP…it’s a server that hosts multiple domains and I’m not responsible for the other domains.

True, but a IP block will effect your domain as well as the others.

But the main reason for the block is that you are using afraid.org.
As long as you are using that, avast will not allow your domain:

Oh, ok. Thanks a lot for the information. I’ll have a look into how to change the DNS hosting in that case.
