Wrong password

Hello,

One more time, I can’t connect to my ADMN. It’s say wrong password.

At end of February, i meet this problem and i solve it with restore of SQL Server Database.

Today, i meet this problem. I compare contents of table Users.

Today backup and one week backup have the same content and the same field password for the administrator.

But the backup of one week works with usually password.

I don’t understand ?

I 'm in charge of 80 computers .

PS: Sorry for my poor English ^^.
PS2: I never change my password.

Can you please try to restart the “avast! Management Server” service? (Control Panel → Administrative Tools → Services).
Does that make any difference?

I made it and it doesn’t change anything.

And I need to made it for handle the SQL Server Database. If I don’t stop service, the restore failed.

I try also :

  • backup wrong database.
  • restore an old database and drop Users table
  • restore wrong database and put Users table.
    it doesn’t work.

The two users table was same.

If you want, i can send you my backup of wrong database ?

Now, I don’t meet again problem with my password.

But when i click on “Client side task” when i click on task. I get a popup with AsaAdmin with text “Argument non valide a été detecté” (Argument not valid was dectected ) ?

I need to restart Avast Management Server to reuse ADNM but i can’t click on task with error ?

I don’t know if is the same problem ?
