I have a problem with XP won’t boot normally and in safe mode gets stuck on aswrvrt.sys

This issue has been addressed many times already.

http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0 go to this thread and near the bottom are instructions for a non-booting computer

I already did all of these instructions

Here is the FRST.txt

As you have no restore points I will initially disable Avast and AVG, if that fails then I will disable Zone Alarm and MBAM

Download the attached Fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

All done

Here is the fixlog

Thx

Are you able to do a normal boot now ?

No i cant

It is still rebooting

OK time for ZA and MBAM to be disabled after this there is little else I can do

Download the attached Fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press Fix
On completion a log will be generated please post that

I still cant boot with normal windows

Here is the fixlog

Do you have one or two drives on this computer ?

Could you run a fresh FRST scan

Just one drive

Here is the new FRST

I have to go now i will try tomorrow

FRST does not report any service packs on this computer, is that correct ?

As it stands I would recommend backing up your data using Reatogo and re-install windows

I can do that thx for the help
