XP won't start and hngs on aswrvrt.sys in Safe Mode.

Hi Guys, just new to the forum and really hoping someone can help. My Pc refused to boot up the other day. It just froze on the loading screen. I did a re-boot into safe mode and it hung on aswrvrt.sys for about 15 mins. I just left it to see what it would do. Eventually it kicked up into safe mode and allowed me to do a sys restore. The problem still remained the same. It will not boot up in safe mode now either. I followed the instructions on another post with a similar problem and have included the FRSt text file.
Really hope someone can help.

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press FIX
Once completed try a normal boot
