I have this same problem and I have downloaded both:
Download OTLPENet.exe to your desktop
Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to a flash drive.
When I run the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool it states is making a registry backup and then
becomes non responsive. Any help would be appreciated to get this fixed.
The reatogo desktop appears to work fine the Farbar tool will not allow a scan it just hangs when the backup registry is being created.
