Hello, community. Today I encountered a strange problem with Avast VPN, which when connected, breaks the connection with the message You are not online, to use VPN, connect to the Internet. But everything is fine with the network. Yesterday there was a connection, today it does not work. There were no updates, I did not make any changes to the settings. Subscription for another 10 months.
Today I suddenly had the exact same problem, although I have been using a paid subscription to this VPN (and other Avast services) for several years.
At startup it says “you are not connected to the Internet”, but this is not true and the antivirus, for example, works fine.
Uninstalled the program and installed again, does not help.
What to do, it is unclear…

Reinstalling the program helped once, but then as soon as I turn on the VPN, the Internet connection disappears
Everything works. You just need to go to settings, VPN protocols, uncheck the box with automatically and enable the Mimic protocol
I have also same issue. In the beginning it gives no internet connection error. Is there anyone who can solve this problem?
