hey tim, referring to your post about what your family says, just think you have to tender to balance your mind, emotions, body and spirit, as my aikido sensei says.
I used to be a hard-head and think i knew everything and was perfect and always right… and found myself be the biggest fool i ever know.

So the link checker checked this link against the global update server of Dr Web anti virus at St. Petersburg, and above are the results. OK.
