Your False Positive form is not working

Hello,

It is Duman from the Compliance Deaprtment of TrafficStars.

We can’t get your replies for the last week for forms we send via https://www.avast.com/report-false-positive#pc

Could you please suggest what should we do to get a reply?

Thank you

Please do not post live links to suspected links. As you see in my quote, making the link
unclickable is OK.
Please explain your problem with the forms submission?

Hello,

Thank you, noted.

The thing is that we are not getting a replies regarding False Positive tickets submitted via https://www.avast.com/report-false-positive#pc.

Usually your support team replies within 1-2 days, so we wonder if we should report False Positive cases somewhere else.

Also, we really need this domain

9tez[.]online

to be removed from your malware list.

I’ve notified Avast. Let’s see if that gets you a reply.

Thank you!

Hello,
the form works, we are not sending the replies anymore.

Best,
Milos

A little disappointing, how are the senders going to be notified/know one way or another.

Has this one been cleared or not ?

What happened to the friendly and helpful replies that were one of the hallmarks
of this forum?

Hello again,

Any chance we can post our False Positive requests somewhere in this forum, so we can at least know the status of our requests?

Thanks and regards,

Duman

I think you have less chance of a direct response from Avast here on the forums, which is why when those responding (mostly avast users) give out the possible false positive link.

Im amazed at that pathetic reply which simply represents poor customer service. Come on Avast, you can do better than this!

It will likely result in more work than less for Avast staff, as users will likely keep submitting more FP forms without feedback.
