ZeroAccess botnet, also known as Sirefef

My organization has been blacklisted due to computer been infected with the ZeroAccess botnet, also known as Sirefef.
Does Avast have protection or warnings about this time of virus? is there anything I can use to detect and remove this using AVAST?

any experiences?? comments, solutions would be appreciated.
