Avast Premier Security + "Passwords" to "Avast Password Manager" conversion fails to recover any of my accounts!

Transition to Avast Password Manager

I updated Avast Passwords to Avast Password Manager as advised by Avast, but I don’t see any information regarding Avast Password Manager on my computer and on my mobile app (Avast Password Manager) there are no passwords saved! Any suggestions?!?
